Inner Flight Retreat Policy

To ensure clarity and smooth communication, we have outlined our policies below. We kindly ask you to review them thoroughly and reach out to us if you have any questions or need assistance. Your journey with us is of the utmost importance, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
1. Reservation Deposit
To secure your cherished spot at our retreat, we require a $1000 deposit, payable via bank transfer. This deposit serves as your commitment to the retreat and will be applied toward the total registration cost.
2. Full Payment Deadline
To ensure seamless preparation for your arrival, we kindly ask that the remaining balance be paid no later than 30 days before the retreat begins. Missing this deadline may result in the loss of your reservation, and we want nothing more than to welcome you as planned.
3. Refunds for Early Cancellation
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of booking, we will refund your deposit, deducting a $300 administrative and transaction fee. After this period, refunds are only available under certain medical conditions (see below).
4. Medical Cancellation Policy
Your well-being is our top priority. If our intake screening identifies a medical concern that makes participation unsafe, we will gladly refund your deposit. This applies exclusively to conditions that may pose risks during Ayahuasca ceremonies.
5. Late Cancellations and No-Show Policy
For cancellations within 48 hours of the retreat start date or if you are unable to join us without prior notice, the full retreat price will be charged. We appreciate your understanding as this allows us to honor our commitments to all guests.
6. Deposit Transferability
We recognize that circumstances may require flexibility, and we are here to assist:
With 2 to 4 weeks’ notice, you may transfer 80% of your deposit to another date or guest.
With less than 2 weeks to 2 days’ notice, 60% of your deposit is transferable.
7. Restrictions on Deposit Usage
Your deposit is a reflection of your unique journey with us. It may be used to secure your spot at a future retreat or applied to a new guest’s deposit. However, it cannot be used to pay the balance for another guest.
8. Rescheduling
We are happy to offer you the flexibility of transferring your deposit to any retreat scheduled within one year of your cancellation date. This excludes cancellations due to coronavirus-related situations.
9. Travel Insurance Requirement
For your peace of mind, we require all participants to purchase flight and travel insurance. This safeguards you from unexpected disruptions, such as trip cancellations or delays. While deposits are nonrefundable, they can be transferred to a future retreat date in such cases.
10. Last-Minute Registrations
If you find yourself in Costa Rica and decide to join us at the last minute, we will warmly welcome you! Kindly ensure full payment is completed before your retreat begins.
11. Accommodation Upgrades
We believe your retreat experience should be as luxurious as possible. Once you confirm or upgrade your chosen accommodation, we kindly ask that you honor this decision, as downgrades will not be permitted.
12. Early Departures
If unforeseen circumstances require you to leave the retreat before its completion, we will miss you dearly. However, please note that no refunds (full or partial) can be offered. You will also be responsible for arranging your transportation back to the city.
13. Coronavirus-Specific Policy
In the event of cancellations caused by coronavirus, your deposit will remain nonrefundable. However, we will happily apply it as credit toward a future retreat without any additional fees. We encourage all guests to secure travel insurance to protect against unforeseen disruptions.
14. Rescheduling Limit
We understand that life can be unpredictable. While you may reschedule your retreat once, we invite you to contact us in the event of an emergency to discuss your options.

- Prioritize Safety: Engage in behavior that nurtures the well-being of yourself and others, avoiding any actions that may put anyone at risk.
- Foster Harmony: Maintain a peaceful and considerate demeanor, refraining from disruptive actions that could create discomfort for others, whether before, during, or after ceremonies.
- Uphold Respect: Treat every guest and staff member with the utmost respect, ensuring no form of inappropriate or unwelcome behavior, including sexual harassment, occurs.
- Cultivate Integrity: Contribute to the trust and family-like atmosphere by refraining from any acts of theft or dishonesty.
- Sacred Substance Use: Honor the retreat’s sacred environment by abstaining from drug or substance use, with the exception of ceremonial tobacco used in appropriate contexts.

Enforcement of Policies

- Immediate Dismissal: Guests who violate the retreat policies may be asked to leave without a refund, as maintaining the integrity of the retreat space is our highest priority.
- Ceremony Exclusion: For the safety of all, participants who are deemed medically unfit may be excluded from ceremonies. This decision is made with the utmost care and consideration for your well-being.
- Privacy Protection: We deeply respect your privacy and will never share guest information without your explicit consent.
