The warmth, love and comfort I was welcomed with from Robert and Alexandra, as a stranger coming to them the first time is beyond what I can put into words. Through out my week with them, I was in a safe environment and was supported the entire way thru. To this day, I have been in contact with them and consider them family. If you are reading this and are unsure of what to do, let me tell you; you are on the right path. Trust your intuition.

Roberto and Alexandra are pure love, compassion, and kindness. They are committed to this practice and are VERY good at it. They ARE nature. This was my first experience with ayahuasca and I cant imagine a more ideal environment...in the jungle, immersed in nature, right next to the sea, and being guided by people who ensure your safety and comfort. If I do ayahuasca again (and I probably will) this is the only place I would trust. I am forever grateful I found them. My relationship with myself is permanently better.

Ineffable. That’s the only word that can describe my experience at Inner Flight Retreat. Robert and Alexandra are two of the most beautiful souls I’ve ever met, and their reverence, knowledge, and wisdom in working with Ayahuasca, Kambo, and many other healing medicines are unlike anything else I’ve ever experienced. They take great pride in what they do and in the Shipibo traditions, and this is felt throughout the entire experience, from the first moment of contact to departure and beyond! The location is beautiful, and I felt very safe and secure. They work hard around the clock to ensure that all needs are exceeded. Their facilitation throughout the journey is amazing, and it’s truly special to have them working together to guide you as the medicine heals you. I was able to heal a lineage of traumas and to see and meet myself in ways I never knew were possible. When you come to Inner Flight, you are certain to not only receive great healing but also to gain lifelong relationships with genuinely good-hearted people. I feel so grateful and blessed to have had this experience with them, and it’s one that my husband and I will never forget. I had a life-changing experience at Inner Flight Retreat. What a transformational, beautiful experience with Ayahuasca and Kambo. It is not for the faint of heart when it comes to the inner work Inner Flight helps facilitate with each participant, but it is so worth it. The safe, sacred space they hold is unmatched and allows for one to fully let their guard down and embrace change in the some of the most powerful, intense ways. I am eternally grateful to Alexandra, Robbie, Elena + Kim for their time, energy, wisdom, love and expertise in this field of expansion. It helped me shed so many old, egoic layers and get out of my head and into my heart. If you’re looking to let go of what no longer serves you and rise up to your full potential, do yourself a favor and get in one of their retreats. While I’m still very new to it all and it’s a process that continues, I am enjoying the journey and looking forward to participating in more and diving into the integration support group they also offer after the ceremonies. What an amazing gift this retreat was as a first timer and I’m sure more to come. I have felt a calling to do ayahuasca for many years, and I’m so glad I waited for stars to align with Inner Flight in Cahuita. Worth the wait. So much love and gratitude.

Ayahuasca, the often overlooked ceremony with the very special medicine, has long been a heartfelt wish of mine.
I came across the Inner Flight Retreat through a flyer.
The complex is easy to find, it is at the beginning of Cajahuita, almost directly by the sea.
Appointments were made very easily via WhatsApp. Within a few days the time had come.
I received a very warm welcome, everyone hugged me.
Since I arrived very early, I got a delicious meal.
I felt safe, especially because a participation requirement had to be filled out when registering. This is very serious.
Everything was explained to us travelers again and again and questions were answered precisely.
During the ceremony I felt very taken care of and I didn't panic or have any other complications. Unfortunately, there are many people with prejudices, but not one of them has been confirmed.
The Deva (plant soul) of this medicine was able to implement my previous attention 1:1.
Traumas, retraumatizations and corresponding behavioral patterns accumulated in my life like a necklace of pearls. I was just in head mode. I have been involved in psychology for many years. You mess around with every task you do, which takes forever and it all hurts again.
But this one! Ceremony, half a cup of medicine, took me from the head to the heart energy and I opened my heart, it drew in love. Heat and a pink/purple light replaced all this junk data. At the same time, I was mentally so far along that I manifested how to preserve this feeling. So, every time I meditate now, I chant something intuitive and I am reset again.
During this time, all participants were looked after very lovingly. Incense rituals and gestures of love and connection helped those who dealt with other issues with the help of medicine.
Medicine is like a chameleon, it always presents itself! on the person who takes them and their topics.
Everyone reacts differently.
For me it wasn't just the most sensible investment. I was able to let go of everything and/or accept things because they belong to me.
I laughed, talked, sang and cuddled with a cat for ages.
Many thanks to the entire team, to Ayahuasca and its medicine.
I see myself as healed.

The ceremony allowed me to discover my feminine side and thus find balance. A balance that will take my interpersonal relationships and my own creativity and creativity to another level. Medicine showed me that we are all expressions of something bigger, higher and that everything has something divine within it. This experienced knowledge creates in me so much gratitude and appreciation for all living things. The team at Inner Flight create a unique, inclusive, and loving environment for participants that allows everyone to connect and grow. I’ve been to two of their retreats and each time has brought tremendous growth. The time they take with each participant to help them review and discuss their experience is a key part of why I come back. They explain the importance of integration and honoring the medicine, allowing participants to continue their journey once they leave. I felt so safe and supported during my first journey with plant medicine. The facilitators and Maestros are very knowledgeable and highly skilled in the amazing work that they do. The amount of love and care provided has me filled with an abundance of gratitude. Set and setting really is important! The jungle environment is absolutely spectacular and really helped to make the experience even more beautiful. I also love that the ocean is walking distance! The rooms were nice and comfortable, and meals wholesome and delicious. Overall, everything was incredible. I attended the October 2024 week long retreat. Sandra, Robbie, and their team were top notch. It was my first time sitting with Aya, I was very nervous and scared. The team filled the space with so much love that it felt so safe and familiar. I truly felt like acquired a family. Many people that I attended I still talk to and will probably always. I look forward to seeing them all in the near future. I cannot recommend them enough if you hear your calling. It was a beautiful experience that I will continue to learn from for years to come. My experience at Inner Flight Retreat was incredible! I was recommended to contact Alexandra, but wasn't planning on doing an ayahuasca retreat. A play of circumstances led me to stay for a week and participate to the full experience! The ayahuasca journey is not an easy one, and I was glad to be surrounded by the care, expertise, support and kindness of Alexandra, who is such an angel, and her team.
The property is by the beach and I enjoyed long walks, swim in the ocean, family style meals, painting and pottery, and sharing this transformative experience with amazing people.
