The Ayahuasca Diet & Preparation
Preparing for Ayahuasca is a sacred process that helps align your body, mind, and spirit with the medicine. Following the Ayahuasca diet shows respect and readiness for healing.
Rooted in ancient Amazonian traditions, this diet supports your safety and deepens your connection with the medicine. Begin it at least 4 weeks before your retreat and continue for 2 weeks after your last ceremony to allow full integration.
By following the diet and avoiding certain substances and habits, you:
Reduce challenges during the ceremonies
